Scope

These terms cover online purchases of ISO4LAB Excel templates, SOP documentation templates and recorded training.

Before buying, check the product description, included files, software requirements, licence scope and access period. Unsure if a product fits? Ask us first.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise.
• Files and course access are supplied once payment is received and confirmed.
• Paying by bank transfer? Use the payment reference we give you.

Delivery and access

Your product page and order confirmation explain how files or course access arrive. Any access period or download limits are disclosed before you buy.

Change of mind and cancellation

Digital products can be kept after delivery, so we generally do not offer change-of-mind refunds once files are supplied or access is activated.

• Not delivered or activated yet? Contact us promptly and we will confirm if the order can be stopped.
• Bought twice by accident? Tell us and we will sort it out.

Faulty products and access problems

Our products come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If a product is faulty, differs materially from its description, or cannot be accessed as promised, send us proof of purchase and the details. We will provide the remedy the law requires: a fix, replacement, refund, cancellation or compensation.

Excel and SOP template licences

Each purchase grants a non-exclusive licence for internal use by one purchasing organisation, or by the individual purchaser where no organisation is named.

The purchasing organisation may:

• Share the files internally with its personnel across its own sites.
• Make working copies and backups.
• Adapt SOP templates to its operations and enter data into Excel templates.
• Share resulting reports, calculations and completed records with customers, auditors and accreditation bodies as required.

ISO4LAB retains ownership of its original templates and content. Customers retain ownership of their own data and original material added to them.

Recorded training licences

Each enrolment provides access for one named learner.

Login sharing, group screening, copying, recording, resale and redistribution are not permitted without written permission from ISO4LAB.

The course description will state the access period and any included downloadable materials before purchase. Organisation or group enrolments require a separate arrangement.

Professional judgement

Our tools and templates support laboratory work. You choose the methods, check the inputs, review the outputs and adapt documents to your laboratory.

This does not limit our duty to supply products as described, or our obligations under applicable law.

Refund requests and complaints

Email info@iso4lab.com with your order number, the issue and the outcome you want.

• Please do not send confidential laboratory or client data unless needed and a safe transfer method is agreed.
• Approved refunds normally go back to the original payment method. Bank and provider processing times may vary.

The terms shown when you purchase apply to that purchase. Later updates will never retrospectively reduce your existing rights.
